Our downsizing plans are customized to your needs. We typically start with an inventory of your possessions, and then create a floor plan of your new home. This will show you what can fit in that space, and what doesn't fit, that you might have to sell, give away or donate. Here's a sample of what that plan might look like, and we can rearrange it to fit your needs.
When you're ready to downsize we sort your possessions, sell / donate / trash those items you’ll no longer need, and carefully pack up the rest to take to your new home. We supervise the movers, and clean up your 
residence after it’s been emptied. We can even process your changes of address, cancel old services like utilities and cable and turn on new ones in your new home. If your home has not sold yet, we can maintain it until it is.
In your new home, we can unpack, set up and clean up after your things are moved in, even stock your refrigerator for you and more.............
